From a 15-minute Botox refresh to BodyTite and Blepharoplasty, every procedure is performed by the same medical team that owns and operates the practice. We are not a franchise. We are a physician-owned, physician-led clinic serving the Capital Region.
We serve patients from Clifton Park, Halfmoon, Ballston Spa, Ballston Lake, Malta, Niskayuna, and Schenectady — all from our clinic at 805 NY-146, minutes from the Northway.

We publish our pricing where we can. Botox at $13/unit. Fillers at $650/syringe. No surprise fees, no upselling during your appointment. What we quote is what you pay.

Dr. Shirinov leads our aesthetic medicine program with board certification in laser surgery and aesthetics. He performs the full spectrum of treatments at CPMA — from injectables and Morpheus8 to BodyTite and liposuction.
Dr. Yuhui Yan
Specialization in General & Cosmetic Surgery
Dr. Yan specializes in general and cosmetic surgery, bringing surgical precision to every procedure. She performs BodyTite, FaceTite, blepharoplasty, and breast procedures, as well as non-surgical treatments.
Alisa Li
Licensed Medical & Holistic Aesthetician
Alisa is our licensed medical and holistic aesthetician, bridging clinical and holistic care. She develops customized skin plans, performs facials, microneedling, and wellness treatments, and supports patients throughout their aesthetic journey.
